If you decide to return an item, please make sure to do so within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return?
To start a return, simply contact us at help@icejeweller.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Return Packaging
When returning an item, please ensure that it is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible. If not, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope to protect the item.
4. Condition Upon Return
It is important that the item is returned in the same condition as when you received it. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may affect your eligibility for a refund. Please handle the item with care and avoid any unnecessary handling or exposure to harsh condition
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
6. Free Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, we offer free exchanges. Simply follow the same process as a return, and let us know the details of the item you would like to exchange for. We will provide you with a return shipping label for the original item and ship the new item to you free of charge.
